You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number registered in your name.
onexh operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing limits, or any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
KYC Verification: onexh will request identity verification documents at registration, prior to processing the first withdrawal, and at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts held by family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be refunded, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits made to onexh are processed in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours during peak periods. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed on your account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. onexh reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your onexh account dashboard. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval for verified accounts. VIP Black Diamond tier members receive priority withdrawal processing with target timelines of under four hours during business hours.
Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn. The withdrawal of real funds may be subject to rollover requirements in certain bonus contexts as specified in the applicable promotion terms. onexh reserves the right to deduct any bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements from your balance prior to processing a withdrawal where the Player elects to withdraw before completing the requirement.
onexh does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to a payment method registered in the Player's name will be declined and the Player will be required to provide an eligible method.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the onexh platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the onexh platform without prior written consent from onexh.
onexh collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering on onexh, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
onexh implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and secure data storage practices to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and onexh cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with licensed KYC verification partners, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or our licensing obligations.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or force majeure events — including failures of third-party systems such as payment processors or game providers — may temporarily affect platform availability. onexh shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which onexh holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the onexh platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through onexh's internal complaints procedure.
To raise a formal complaint, contact the onexh support team via live chat within your account dashboard or by email at [email protected]. onexh aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 calendar days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution body specified under onexh's gaming license. The decision of the appointed dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
